Administration Decries 'Democrat Hoax' as More Jeffrey Epstein Photographs Made Public

Democratic lawmakers have released a additional set of what they labeled "disturbing" pictures from the property of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, depicting notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The opening batch of 19 photographs—a portion of which have been previously circulated—combined with another 70 unveiled later on Friday constitute a small number of the almost 100,000 images released to the House investigative panel, which is probing the actions and ties of Epstein.

The disgraced financier died by an apparent self-inflicted death in a New York prison cell in 2019 after being indicted on sex-trafficking offenses.

Notable Figures in the Images

Featured among the notable figures visible in the opening set are celebrities such as movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump appears in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is seen with six women, whose faces are blacked out.

Administration Reaction

The White House addressed the release in a official comment, charging Democrats of selectively "hand-picking" the pictures for political purposes and to "attempt to fabricate a false account."

"The Democrat hoax against President Trump has been time and again refuted," a presidential representative remarked, asserting that "this presidency has done more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats ever have by consistently demanding openness, making public numerous documents of papers, and urging further investigations into Epstein's Democratic associates."

Panel Member Statement

The photographs were released lacking captions, but according to a California Democrat and senior member of the oversight committee, they prompt further inquiries about Epstein's connections to wealthy individuals.

"It is time to halt this White House cover-up and deliver justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends," he said in a release.

The disclosure of these documents occurs alongside the oversight committee pressing on with its probe into the Epstein matter.
