The UK is prepared to move forward with employing the total value of frozen Russia's funds to support Ukraine's war effort, Leader Sir Keir Starmer has declared.

In a joint statement, the leaders of the UK, France, and the Federal Republic of Germany stated that this unified step would heighten pressure on Russian President Vladimir Putin and persuade Russia to participate in talks.
